BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Researchers at the Âé¶¹´«Ã½o and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Buffalo, using positron emission tomography (PET), have pinpointed for the first time the specific brain regions responsible for tinnitus, a constant and debilitating ringing in the ears experienced by millions of Americans.
